Most construction problems do not happen during execution. They happen before it, in the absence of rigorous technical planning, in the lack of direct control over the crew and in communication that never reaches the client when it should.
Talfman was founded in 2024 as an institutional alternative to that model. A construction company with defined processes, its own crew and direct technical accountability on every project, regardless of size or typology.

Method before execution
No project starts without complete technical planning. Schedule, budget and phase sequence are defined before the first day of work begins.
Direct control
90% of our execution crew is in-house. We do not subcontract critical phases. What happens on site is our responsibility, not a third party's.
Cost predictability
A fixed budget is not a promise. It is a contractual commitment. We do not work with open estimates subject to revision mid-project.
Transparency with the client
The client is kept informed of the real state of the project. No euphemisms, no withheld information. If something changes, the client knows before any decision is made.
Declared technical responsibility
Accountability for the result is not spread across subcontractors. It is assumed directly by Talfman's technical leadership on every project.
Institutional maturity
We are a young company with the processes of an established one. Institutional discipline is not a product of time in the market. It is a choice made from the start.
